Climbing

Via Ferrata is a pinned roped climb taking about two hours up the spectacular Sangres gorge near Llo.

Acromix involves a form of climbing similar to an agility course at all levels over a mountain track with permanent fixings including zip decents, rope bridges and rock climbing.

Bouldering is practised at Chaos de Targasonne, only a short drive away. This is free climbing upto 3 metres high on natural boulders, with soft mats to break any falls. This pretty unique area attracts big names in the sport.

The Pyrenees have exceptional conditions for mountain climbing and at all abilities. The geography and landscape are ideal for it. We can arrange professional multi lingual guides to accompany you on crag climbing or an overnight trip, you will be looked after, with the correct equipment available for hire. There are some excellent mountaineering opportunities, taking you through spectacular scenery overlooking the many villages and valleys in the area.
